Appointments
and Pricing:
These are guidelines to help you choose the appropriate
appointment time, there are no specific limits on number of animals, the
pricing is by time not per animal.
$50 for up to 30 minutes: 1 animal in depth, 2-3 animals on
just a few topics, or 3-5 animals very brief check-in (these
appointments allow for the possibility of continuing for an additional
15 minutes for a total of $60.)
$60 for 45 minutes: 2 animals in depth, 3-5 animals on just a
few topics, or 5-7 animals very brief check-in (You do not need to
commit to 45 minutes until after we are already at 1/2 an hour.)
$30 for 15 minutes (returning clients only) Time
flies... these appointments are intended to be check-ins on 1 animal or
very specific topics for the household of animals. Generally there
is only time for 1 behavior issue. If you are very organized with
your questions it is possible to talk with several animals, but you need
to be prepared with specific topics.
Cancellation
Policy: 18 hours
notice required, if less than 18 hours there is a $30 charge.
Three Payment Options for your
convenience:
Pay over the
phone with a MasterCard or Visa taken at the time of your
appointment: you will not be asked for your card number when you
schedule online.
Send a check
in advance made out to Dawn Allen and sent to 690
Montgomery Road, Westfield, MA 01085. $10 charge for returned
checks. If the check is not here at the time of the session you
will be asked to pay by credit card. If you choose to pay
this way, you will need to decide in advance if you will be using 30
or 45 minutes for the longer sessions (paying over the phone allows
for flexibility).
Pay in advance
with PayPal. Up to one hour before the session you
can submit your payment through PayPal. This is for the
convenience of PayPal users and those who prefer to use American
Express or Discover as I do not accept those cards over the
phone. If the payment has not been received by the time of the
session you will be asked to pay by credit card over the phone.
If you choose to pay this way, you will need to decide in advance if you
will be using 30 or 45 minutes for the longer sessions (paying over the
phone allows for flexibility).
Emergencies:
You can fill out a form requesting an emergency session
but please follow these steps first.
Step 1) Check
online for openings, schedule for the soonest possible
appointment- even if you are hoping for something more immediate.
(Check both short and long sessions for openings to see which one has
earlier availability). If the session is time sensitive (like a surgery
date) then I understand if you don't schedule anything.
Step 2) I am only in the office in
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you are requesting an
emergency on any other day I will not receive the request until I am
back in the office. You
and your animals are very important to me, I do my best to accommodate
requests. Calling
me and emailing me will only take up time, causing me to have less
time for emergencies.
