 Multiple animals, deceased pets, new clients and all species welcome.

  • Sorry no missing animal cases.  

  • Please ask me to communicate only with your own animals or animals you have permission to speak with.  Strays and animals up for adoption are OK.

  • It is OK if you are not physically with your animals during the appointment.

  • Please do not schedule appointments on behalf of someone else. (Buy them a gift certificate or have them call me directly).

  • Please record your user name and password after enrolling so that you can login in the future. 

  • If you don't receive an email confirmation, your appointment may not be successfully scheduled.

Appointments and Pricing
You may find it helpful to prepare a list of questions, general and specific, that you can ask your animal(s) at the time of the appointment (please don't send me the list).

$50 for up to 30 minutes
$60 for 45 minutes

Cancellation Policy: 18 hours notice required, if less than 18 hours there is a $30 charge.

Three Payment Options for your convenience:

Pay over the phone with a MasterCard or Visa  taken at the time of your appointment: you will not be asked for your card number when you schedule online.  

Send a check in advance made out to Dawn Allen and sent to 690 Montgomery Road, Westfield, MA 01085.  $10 charge for returned checks.  If the check is not here at the time of the session you will be asked to pay by credit card.   If you choose to pay this way, you will need to decide in advance if you will be using 30 or 45 minutes for the longer sessions (paying over the phone allows for flexibility).

Pay in advance with PayPal.  Up to one hour before the session you can submit your payment through PayPal.  This is for the convenience of PayPal users and those who prefer to use American Express or Discover as I do not accept those cards over the phone.  If the payment has not been received by the time of the session you will be asked to pay by credit card over the phone.  If you choose to pay this way, you will need to decide in advance if you will be using 30 or 45 minutes for the longer sessions (paying over the phone allows for flexibility).

Emergencies and urgent sessions: What you see available on my calendar are my soonest appointment times.  If you want to be added to a waiting list for a sooner appointment you are welcome to request that in the comments section of the appointment scheduling process.  (Calling me or emailing me with further requests is not necessary; I am already doing my best to accommodate everyone as soon as possible.)  Thank you for understanding.
